• To qualify, the referred candidate must have signed up to the Wellers Contractors Scheme and the enrolment fee must have been paid.

• Referrals will not qualify if Wellers Contractors have already been in touch with the same candidate prior to the referral being made, and

• Only one Referral Bonus will be paid per referred candidate and if one candidate is referred by more than one candidate, the bonus is available to the first person to have made the referral

• Contractors may receive multiple bonuses for multiple referrals, and

• HM Revenue & Customs consider that these vouchers are taxable. However, Wellers Contractors will pay the tax on your behalf. Details of whether you are a basic rate taxpayer or a higher rate taxpayer are needed to calculate the correct amount of tax on your behalf.

• In the event of any referral bonus disputes, Wellers Contractors Limited’s decision will be final.
